The space
The apartment is perfect for 2 people. The private entrance on the first flooris accessable via the stairs . It has a room with a 150cm bed, living room with balcony, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower, all integrated into a modern open and warm space that transmits peace, joy and serenity.

We have parking reserved exclusively for our guests to facilitate mobility around the town.

Villa Mediterráneo has a privileged location, located in one of the most emblematic and picturesque neighborhoods in the city of Denia, the Barrio de Baix la Mar, a fishing neighborhood with a lot of history located at the foot of the castle. 5 minutes away from Playa de Arena del Raset. All the services are available to complement the stay: trendy restaurants, drinking bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, traditional markets, the Nautical Club, Lonja, etc. It is very close to the Leisure area “Los Magazinos”.
